Please provide a personal example of an organizational change you have experienced. (my job is online sales in China) ,What type of resistance did you experience? How did you overcome the resistance? Was the change successful? Why or why not?
Additional Resources: John Kotter and and Dan Cohen have published a great book called “The Heart of Change”. The key point is that emotion plays a key role in change. Their concept is the “see-feel-change” dynamic. Please review the attached video for a summary of their 8 steps:
