Assessment 3
Background:
Course Outcomes, or goals, are written into syllabi in order to guide a college course. Instructors shouldconstruct courses with these outcomes in mind, and at the end of the course, students shouldhave achieved these learning goals.
Directions:
Go into the syllabus and find the Course Outcomes on pages 2-3. There are four of them. Under each Outcome, there are specific ‘indicators’ labeled by letter a., b., c., d. Choose one indicator per outcome.
For each of the four indicators that you have chosen, write a paragraph that displays critical thinking about whether or not you have accomplished the indicator. You will not lose points if you do not think you have accomplished the indicator. In any case, you will earn points for telling me why you think you have or have not accomplished the indicator. So, with critical thought, give evidence for your claim.
