Your response should be thoughtful, well-developed, and relevant to the TED Talk. Your response should be 300 – 450 words (1 – 1.5 pages). 1. Describe the dimensions of culture that the TED Talk (Change our Culture, Change our World) addressed. Be mindful that the talk may have addressed more than one dimension. Define the addressed dimensions. How might the dimensions influence workplace interactions?
2. The definition of the moral circle is the boundary drawn around those entities (i.e., people, organizations, objects, etc.) in the world who are deemed worthy of moral consideration. Should all people be included in the moral circle? Why or in what instances are certain people excluded from the moral circle? What can you (or a group of you) do to increase the size of the moral circle?
3. Have you seen or experienced the issue(s) that were raised in the TED Talk or our discussion of the moral circle? If so, describe your experience. What, if anything, would you change about this experience
