Exam: Final Exam By the end of this week, you will be responsible for taking a Final Exam that contains a selection of problem types from the entire course. Note: You may take the Final Exam only one time. In addition to the Learning Resources area, the MyStatLab content item, and resources within the MyStatLab Homework Assignments, MyStatLab offers a helpful Study Plan feature that you may wish to use to prepare for the exam. Using a customized Study Plan involves three steps: Taking a sample test covering the material for the week Clicking Show What I Need to Study on the main Study Plan page Practicing problems from the list of topics for which you need additional work You can continue to take sample tests to update your Show What I Need to Study list at any time. To prepare for the exam (optional): Review the weekly Learning Resources from Weeks 1-6. Take the Study Plans associated with Chapters 1-10 in MyStatLab. Go to MyStatLab and click the Week tab and then Resources for the week you want to review. On the Resources page, click the Sample Test link at the top of the page. This will not be graded; its specific purpose is to help you prepare for the actual exam. By Day 7 To take the graded exam: Click on the MyStatLab link on the course navigation menu and select the MyStatLab Bridge link. Click the Week 6 tab and then the Final Exam link. Next, click the Week 6 Final Exam link to launch the Exam in a new window. In the new window that appears, click the Week 4 Exam link to begin. MyStatLab will provide instructions for taking the exam, which will use the same type of mathematical entry tools you have used previously. You will have three (3) hours to take the exam from the time you begin. Even if you log out, the timer does not reset, so be sure to allocate the full 3 hours to taking the exam when you begin.
