Identify a behavior or habit of yours that you might like to change. Describe an appropriate conditioning plan that you might use to change this behavior. Consider the following:
1) Would you use a form of classical conditioning or operant conditioning? Why?
2) What sort of obstacles might you have depending on your plan?
3) How successful do you think this conditioning will be in the short-term? The long-term?
You should describe the behavior you want to change and why, your plan, what kinds of stimuli / reinforcers / punishments you will use (depending on the conditioning), how you think the behavior will change over time, etc.
