Ethics Final Paper: This final project for the class allows students to apply ethical thinking to a current

ethical issue in the media. After choosing an issue in week 5, you will spend the remaining five weeks of

the quarter researching the topic and preparing a case study. The case study is a three to five page

typed, double-spaced paper that describes the issue, proposes at least three possible responses to the

issue as well as how each response would affect interested parties, and explains what you consider to be

the most ethical response in light of the approaches to ethics learned in the class.
