1. There are two parts (part 1 and part 2), but they are totally separately. you can notice that there are two paper you need to write.

– Part 1 : at least 4 pages content + 1 page references. double spaced

– Part 2 : at least 4 pages content + 1 page references. double spaced

– totally 8 pages content

3. References (APA format): when you search some information, please mainly use American Fact finder , Bureau of Labor statistics. etc to search.
