Healthy community has many stakeholders, and multiple customers. For the purpose of the class, we have identified three customer groups: Patients, Employers, and Primary Healthcare Providers (PHP).

We need to gather customer perceptions and expectations from each of the three focus groups. A set of questions, about 20 in its final version, needs to be developed for each of the focus groups. We should try to identify the feelings, perceptions, and thoughts of the customers about our solution. For example, one of the options that came out of our brainstorming session was: “the ability to leave reviews of the doctor, treatment, and specific procedures”. Should this be part of our platform? I think it will be good to obtain the perception about this topic from the three groups!
