After reading the article you posted, I believe that technology and new innovations have brought about different challenges than ever before. One aspect that proves this is in Global business. Global business has not only changed how consumers can buy products but changes how companies communicate. It has changed the format from boardrooms or teleconferences to online chats, e-mail, and video conferences. Businesses have to consider different time zones, often working around the clock to do business in other countries. The need for businesses to have consideration for different cultures is more important now than ever before. With plans and guidelines to go by I think the workplace has improved in areas like discrimination, work safety, and educating staff. (Oster, 2019). Overall, I think technology and new innovations have improved the workplace.
