This is my 3rd request for help, but this is my first experience with this website.  I have been ripped off and left hanging after I paid a deposit.  I am giving this another try, hoping that not everyone is just scamming for the deposit and then not fullfilling their agreement. 

Please do not respond to this request for help if you truly do not know how to put together a marketing plan.  I have a topic, which I will provide to whom ever can help.
