For example, say you pick zip code 00000, and it is 42% female, then 20% of that is between 20-40 and interested in fitness. Then you would build your specifics to the plan with that information. That information and that data must be part of the paper though. So pick a market – target, then segment, and build a plan! Hope that helps!
