What do the scholars discussed in the textbook have to say about the question, and how do your findings from your illustrative example research compare to their claims? How does your illustrative example take you in different directions from where others have gone? The third section is thereby a comparative study: you are comparing your own findings to the findings of others in your chosen textbook chapter. Be sure to include all three of these sections in your paper: question, illustrative example, and general response/broader issues. The first draft will be graded to merely meet the limited requirement that you have written a draft. You will either get 0/1 or 1/1. You will receive no written feedback for the first draft.
