   3 peer-reviewed articles in addition to the two scholarly journal and three professional journal articles you found in Weeks 2 and 3, focused on how leaders in your profession could benefit from addressing the problem to initiate change in the workplace.

   Analyze and evaluate the articles using the same analytical framework you began in Week 2, adding new ‘topic’ areas to include the leadership component.
   
   
4. 
   Revise the pieces you wrote/revised in Weeks 1, 2, and 3.
   
   
5. 
   Write 1-2-pages discussing the implications of your problem for leaders, drawing upon what the writers of the articles you found say about it. Write using scholarly voice.

   Format the title page and body of the paper using APA guidelines. Using the Executive Summary Template will ensure proper formatting.

   Insert the pages in the Executive Summary Template where appropriate.
