importance of training and its impact on employees performance

Hi,

My requirement for this report are:

1. add objective of the topic after the introduction.

2. In the literature review after 3 or 4 paragraphs you have to write a paragraph about your own analysis.

3. add 14 References and try to make citation mean to include it in the paragraphs. References should be Harvard Style.

Note: when I choose the turtor that is going to work on this paper I’ll send the original doc to make the edition.
