Discuss in your learning team the communications and group behavioral issues that might arise in an organization, such as McDonald’s, that hires employees for their first job. Each Team Member will perform two actions: (1) List two communication challenges noted from the Case Study. Each team member will provide information on these two communication challenges and suggest how these can be improved in the Case Study. (2) Provide information on communications and group behavioral issues that may be present, or arise, in your current work organization regarding the hiring of employees for their first job. Consider onboarding, performance reviews, team meetings, etc. Include detailed strategies to address and improve these analyzed communication challenges. Include what the expected outcome would be from the improved communication strategies.
