They will need to share files between departments. How will you create this scenario for them with your company? When you draw the plans, you can just say “ACCT” and show 5 computers with 1 network printer in there for them to use. You would do the same with HR, President’s Office AREA, Business, Break Room, etc.

Design a network for this company to incorporate a network server, printer and wireless network. Provide a security solution for them. What type of topology? What type of cabling will need to be used? You will need to determine cabling, hardware and software needs. Include a timeline and cost analysis for the executives. This is your proposal. You will need to list ALL of the equipment with price.

You can do this entire Final Project in a nice PowerPoint presentation. Make it pretty with the new diagrams, equipment, software, cabling, etc listed with prices and, of course, include your final total and timeframe that it will take for your company to get it all done.
