Analyze “entitlement programs” and discuss who benefits from, and who pays for these programs.
Identify which program drives the National Debt and explain how it will change federal spending over the next 10 years.
Provide an example of government waste and recommend a remedy for ending the discretion-abuse-control cycle of government borrowing and spending.
