Develop a tool for managers to use in assessing their hiring and employee oversight that can affect security. Think about:

• How robust is the recruitment process for vetting of potential employees?
• How secure are computer systems from employee tampering?
• How does the motivate and support growth in employees, making them less vulnerable to social engineering?
• If an employee is to engage in computer abuse, what will management do? Are their policies in place?
• At what stage does the organization involve the police and/or make matters public?

Part two: One of your tasks in working with the managers is to help them transition to leaders who can build successful cyber security and defense programs within their sites.Develop a sequence of events model that the managers can use to:

analyze threats (conduct a SWOT analysis of their site)

conduct a SLEPT analysis

identify threats early and quickly respond

develop a risk management plan
