In nursing there is a big push that when a patient is admitted we start caring for that patient and working to get the patient home. Managers and leaders are given tasks that must be completed from the higher ups. The managers and leaders forget about the people who are on the floor and on the front line. Some leaders and managers forget. That even when they’re having a bad day as her frustration needs to be held in reserve.
