Your paper will include the following elements:

Describe an ethical decision this company has made in the past or is considering making now. Why did they make this decision or why do they plan to? In your opinion was (is) this a good or poor ethical decision? Be sure to share the reasons for your opinion (10 points).
Describe the organizations strengths and weaknesses using examples to support your ideas (10 points).
Describe some of the opportunities you see for this organization. What are some potential threats? Include examples (10 points).
7. What aspect of this organization to you find especially intriguing? Some possible areas for discussion include the marketing and distributing strategies; the corporate culture; managing information; production and operations processes; or management/leadership; You are not limited to these but please choose ONE topic we have learned about in class (10 points).
8. Write about the positive or negative effects the current state of the economy has had on the company in recent years. Provide relevant examples. Explain what you were able to learn from the financial statements (10 points).
9. Conclusion (5 points).
