For the purpose of the research assignment, you will do this by using research to justify your explanation of the focus assignment in the self-reflection.You must include a minimum of 2 in-text citations in your self-reflection. At least one of those must come from the assigned chapter. This to ensure that you are making connections with the chapter being read, which is the theory, and the practical application, which is the focus assignment. You must be specific with your citations. Include a reference to the page or section of the chapter you are using to support your justification.You must also include the full reference at the bottom of the assignment or on a sperate work cited page.Write a three sentence paragraph summarizing the program maintenance-related duties of a director and a three sentence paragraph summarizing finance system-related duties.
