T his assig nment will require you to show your understanding of the entire dashboard development lifecycle, meaning that you will assess the needs of the company. Your response will be in four separate submissions as described as follows:

Submit a list of questions that you would ask Minute Clinic leadership to better understand their corporate direction and concerns against competition and internal performance. Step Two:

Create a SWOT analysis of Minute Clinic.

Step Three:

Submit a list of Metrics and KPIs for Minute Clinic based on your SWOT analysis. In the business question portion of this document list the assumptions that you have made about the goals of the company. These should indicate the most important measures that you want to expose in the dashboard.

Step Four:

Create a dashboard mockup of your final proposal. This can be hand-drawn or created using software. Submit screenshots of your final proposed dashboard, and be sure to include titles explaining the submission, details on each panel of the dashboard, and graph axis details (measurements, color descriptions, etc.).

These items must closely align with your findings from the SWOT analysis, metrics, and KPIs assessment that you performed in the previous steps of this assignment.
