Your assignment is to build a multi-threaded program that reads in a file that contains two integers. Let the integers range from 1-7 in the input file. (I wont test any other numbers). The first number will represent how many seconds the first thread will wait to print a statement and the second thread will print. You will print to the screen as well as writing the same line out to a file. So the output seen on the screen will be identical to what is printed to a file. You will need to verify that the input the user gave you in the file is indeed an integer.
