Junior Estimator – part time (3 days a week)

REPORTING TO
Senior Estimator

RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES

• Interpret plans and complete take-offs
• Liaise and communicate with trades, suppliers, and the internal teams
• Assist in tender preparation
• Review contracts
• Track expenses during the course of projects(s)
• Process subcontractor claims
• Request and review subcontractor quotes

Skills And Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years estimating experience in a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation and written skills
• Carpentry background is highly advantageous
• Proficient in excel
• Databuild experience preferred
