a reading response

One page response per reading. Two pages in total

1. What is the main argument of the author? (or, what is the “take-home message” of the text? what does the author want you to remember?)

2. What is one piece of evidence or example the author uses to make this point?

3. What might this author think is most important to understand about communication, the person and everyday life?

4. Choose a quote to stage for FTT discussion. Include the quote (with page number), and at least one sentence about how you would begin to stage it.
