Research the Internet for information about the two different types of diversity management programs and policies and explain your findings. Explain how the programs and policies relate aviation maintenance.
ICAO and other aviation organizations have documented the shortage of aircraft mechanics and that shortage is projected to become larger. Discuss good practices in diversity management in order to recruit and hire mechanics to achieve a diverse organization. Review the readings and videos for Module 5 as a foundation, then select a best practice and provide a short defense.
